After 3 years use, the lab report says that this is good stuff. We tend to rotate the flavours to provide some variety, but this has kept him fit and healthy so far, being kibble his teeth are kept clean by it too.

Been using james wellbeloved dogfood for some time now. No bad reactions, allergies or upset tummies. Thou i vary between different kibbles, duck, lamb, fish etc just as a change for the dogs my favourite is fish. If you don’t like the smell of fish it might not be for you. But for me it reinforces the fact that this is what the product actually made of. No fancy colours or additives.

I have given this five stars but it didn’t suite my dogs needs,he has colitis and it didn’t help him,i gave it five stars because it isn’t rubbish,it’s good quality food,but not for my poor mutt.

Our 18 month old rescued german shepherd arrived underweight and ravenous, which meant that he gobbled the smaller kibble in this same range so quickly he couldn’t keep the meal down – even with boiled chicken and rice. I tried these giant kibbles which worked perfectly. He has to chew, is eating much more slowly and is now putting on weight. Can’t recommend this more highly for breeds with sensitive diets, it’s just a bit expensive.

I have used jwb for a really long time and assumed i was feeding my dogs (sadly deceased and present) good food. I did not keep track with dog foods that are available and developments. By chance i was browsing online and ‘something’ caught my attention. A small reference to dog foods. This led to my introduction to the current world of dog food, dry, wet, raw, natural. Since then i have spent an awful lot of time, educating myself about dog food, in the uk there is now one website which has become probably the first place where most people seek information on what is good food etc. I still use it for updates, new products etc, all about dog food, i also look at other reviews, sites, manufacturers.
